Account deletion
Timdio users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
Deletion inside the app
The account can be deleted or submitted for deletion at any time directly inside the Timdio app in accordance with applicable privacy requirements. Open Settings or Privacy in the app and follow the account deletion steps shown there.
Alternative deletion request by email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can also send your deletion request by email to:
Please include, where possible:
- the email address used for your Timdio account,
- your company or workspace name, if applicable,
- a short note that you want your account and associated data deleted.
What data is deleted?
After verification, we delete or anonymize personal account, profile, login, and app-related data connected to the account. This may include contact data, roles, app usage data, and personal time tracking data.
What data may be retained?
Some data may be retained where legally required, for example invoice, tax, accounting, security, or abuse-prevention records. These records are retained only for the required period and are not used for active app functionality.
Processing time
Deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days. If identity or authorization checks are required, processing may require additional information.
